Attention all 6th and 7th grade boys, please join us for our Strength and Conditioning Sessions with our Strength Coach, Ryan Thompson, on April 19th and April 26th from 6:30 PM – 7:45 PM.

Coach Thompson will be teaching basic movements and exercises, focusing on the proper form and technique, while stressing the importance of safety in the weight room. There is no previous weight room experience needed to attend.
