5Essentials Survey

Once again, Most Holy Redeemer School will participate in the 11th annual statewide survey of school climate and learning conditions conducted by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE). This survey provides a platform for students, teachers, and parents to express their opinions on ways to improve their community’s schools. Please take a moment to ensure your voice is part of the process by participating in the survey. The 5Essentials survey helps school leadership prioritize and plan for the upcoming school year. Our school will only receive the results of the survey if enough families, staff, and students participate.

Disciple Maker Index (DMI) Survey

Leading in a Renewed Church (LRC) is part of the Archdiocese’s focus to ensure each priest’s lifetime commitment is fully and uniquely honored, supported, equipped, and vitalized. As we renew our local Church, this work is an investment in the formation and development of our priests and a continuation of the priest leadership development work offered over the past several years.

The Disciple Maker Index (DMI) is an anonymous survey of parishioners that provides insights into the level of missionary discipleship in the parish in addition to the effectiveness of the Mass experience, preaching and other aspects of the parish.

All parishioners in the Archdiocese of Chicago are invited to take part in the Disciple Maker Index survey. Your participation will help provide your pastor and parish ministerial leaders with a better understanding of where to focus efforts and energies to help you grow in your faith and achieve the parish’s mission. To take the DMI survey for your parish, click here. If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Principal Turney.

The DMI survey will be open for responses from February 22-March 31.
