5Essentials Survey

Once again, Most Holy Redeemer School will participate in the 11th annual statewide survey of school climate and learning conditions conducted by the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE). This survey provides a platform for students, teachers, and parents to express their opinions on ways to improve their community’s schools. Please take a moment to ensure your voice is part of the process by participating in the survey. The 5Essentials survey helps school leadership prioritize and plan for the upcoming school year. Our school will only receive the results of the survey if enough families, staff, and students participate.

MHR Leaders Week – March 6-March 10

8th Grade Leadership Highlight

We are proud of our 8th-grade leaders for organizing two upcoming student opportunities.

  • MHR Grade Level “Buddies” Day – Monday, March 27, different grade levels will buddy up together to participate in various events in the afternoon, including STEM, Field Day, Scavenger Hunt, and Posters.  This will be a great way for our middle school and primary students to build friendships and have fun.
  • Primary Grades Open Gym – Some of our 8th-graders are excited to run special open gyms for our primary students to learn two MHR athletic staples – Pillow Polo and Basketball.  If your student wishes to participate in this student-led (adult-supervised) opportunity in Briody Hall, please complete the attached Open Gym form and submit it to the Main Office.

8th-Grade Confirmation

Please pray for our 8th-grade students as they receive the Sacrament of Confirmation, Sunday, February 26 at 1 pm.
